audi nationwide Terms & Conditions

All Audi models pictured are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the full vehicle specification, please refer to Brochures for full specification or contact us for details of individual stock cars. 

All prices shown are Subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. 

All contract hire figures are based on Business User Contract Hire at 10,000 miles per annum with the monthly term and initial Rentals as shown on each model example. 

Private individuals are no longer eligible for Contract Hire via Audi Finance We can Provide Competitive PCP quotes instead or Personal Contract Hire via other finance companies but prices may vary to those advertised aimed at Business Users ALL PRIVATE/ REGULATED DOCUMENTS are to be signed on our trading premises under FSA regulations.

Your initial rental must be paid before delivery and all contracts include 12 months RFL and first registration fee of £55 and NO ADMINISTRATION FEES!!

All quotes are subject to status and approval from the finance company. Indemnities may be required and documents must be signed at least seven days prior to delivery/collection. 
All Regulated Agreement documents must be signed on one of our 6 dealerships premises Stansted Audi, Chingford Audi, Chelmsford Audi, Docklands Audi, Southend Audi or Harold Wood Audi. When the customer hands the vehicle back it must be within the agreed mileages per the contract, otherwise excess mileage charges will apply and be in a condition subject to "fair wear and tear". VWFS will use the BVRLA guide to fair wear and tear in the event of disputes.

We cannot release cars without all the correct paperwork being signed and agreed. Cleared funds must also be in place so please allow 7 days for cheques to clear. Any proof of identity documents sent to us will be returned to you securely buy Royal Mail Special Delivery. 


Prices are correct at time of going to press and the proposal based on your quotation will be subjected to acceptance by Audi Finance. Contracts are only available to those over 18 years of age, holding a full UK driving licence and resident in the UK.

Audi Delivery

5 car transporter We offer Free UK delivery within 100 Miles of Stansted Airport at no extra cost to your monthly payments. Or if you would prefer your car to be transported you can opt to have your car delivered by one of our unique 4 audi nationwide transporters and drivers at an additional cost. We also have preliminary access to our groups 5 car transporter so if you order a number of cars to replace some already within your Fleet then we have the resources to deliver them all to you at the same time- subject to them being built and delivered into us within the same time frame! Transported deliveries for further distances are available but charges will apply- please have full Postcode available and call for details including a quote.

Cars cannot be delivered without cleared funds or fully completed contracts received and approved by the finance company. Pre-booking during busy periods for transporters is recommended to avoid delays and deliveries are based around Monday – Friday office hours- weekends could be arranged but only by prior booking.


Audi Airport Collections

These are Only available from Stansted Airport during office hours Monday to Friday.  The Flight refund offered is up to a maximum of £50 towards your flight into us at Stansted Airport only when we receive an original payment receipt and confirmation of Flight details. Cheques will be raised and sent to person on payment receipt for flight. Flight dates must be the same as date of collection of Vehicle. Please let us know in advance if you are looking to take advantage of this unique offer as we will need to have confirmation of flight numbers and arrival time in order to arrange collection.

No cash alternative is available and directions to the meeting point will be sent to you at confirmation. audi nationwide will advise when your car can be available for collection via this system once we have all the documentation in place. Delays in returning or signing documents may result in a delivery delay- AudiNationwide cannot refund flight costs in this circumstance. We will of course be flexible to Flight delays which are out of your control where applicable but not for missed flights at embarkment.

Audi Stock Cars

Lead time for delivery is within 2 weeks subject to acceptance on finance and all documentation including proofs being completed and returned to us otherwise delays may occur. Please quote reference number shown when enquiring so we can check your ideal car is still available. All stock can be sold at anytime. A holding deposit must be received in order to hold a car whilst finance documents are processed once finance is arranged this holding cost will be taken off your initial rental. Stock car proposal forms must be completed and returned on day of holding request where possible & sent via email or fax to ensure car can be held until accepted & processed. Delays in filling out and returning proposal forms may result in cars being lost.
